net per month, generally observed
- The proposed status is that of an active self-employed partner, not an employee position.
- Our collaborators generally earn between €2,000 and €3,500 net per month, depending on their experience, their skills, their level of autonomy and their activity.
- There is no automatic guarantee of a specific amount.
- The administrative, social and tax obligations linked to the self-employed status are explained transparently before any commitment.
- We look for an availability corresponding approximately to a full-time activity, around 40 hours per week. This is a level of activity, not a guaranteed contractual working schedule.

The actual result can vary depending on the activity carried out, the personal situation and the social and tax obligations linked to the self-employed status. All conditions are explained transparently before joining the company.
Your profile
Who we are looking for
These requirements must all be met. Nationality, origin, age and gender are never selection criteria.
- At least 5 years of experience in interior finishing work
- Multi-skilled: you can carry out several types of finishing work
- Basic practical English is required, so you can understand instructions and talk with the team
- A valid category B driving licence
- The legal right to carry out a self-employed activity in Belgium
- You are ready to come and live in Belgium
- You work cleanly and independently
- You respect deadlines, clients and the people you work with
Photos or videos of your previous work are important for us. They are the clearest way for us to understand what you can do.
The work
Type of work
The projects are renovation and interior finishing works. You can expect tasks such as:
- Preparing and protecting the spaces
- Plasterboard walls and ceilings
- Plastering and surface finishing
- Painting
- Floor coverings
- Light interior carpentry
- Small repairs
- Complete finishing of apartments and houses
You do not need to be a perfect specialist in every single one of these tasks. What matters is that you are genuinely experienced and multi-skilled.
Relocation and housing
A place to stay when you arrive
Moving to another country can be difficult, especially when you do not yet have accommodation. BBuild can provide you with a private bedroom in shared accommodation when you arrive in Belgium. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other residents. The monthly rent is €500. We can also help you look for a longer-term housing solution.
